Light of Life Church joyfully celebrated its Second Anniversary from 5–7 June 2026 with great enthusiasm, thanksgiving, and spiritual fervour. The three-day celebrations were marked by inspiring messages, uplifting worship, and a renewed commitment to serving God and the present generation.

The main speaker for the anniversary meetings was Rev. J. Uday Kumar, former Principal of Calcutta Bible College. The theme for the celebrations was drawn from Acts 13:36: “Generation to Generation.” In his messages, Rev. Uday Kumar highlighted the lives of Noah, Abraham, Moses, David, and Paul, emphasizing how each faithfully served God and ministered to the needs of their respective generations. He challenged believers to follow their example by serving God with wholehearted submission, obedience, and dedication, thereby making a meaningful impact on the present generation. The messages were translated into Telugu by Rev. Dr. A. John Mark, who communicated the sermons with clarity and relevance.

Several distinguished guests participated in the celebrations, including Rev. Dr. Abraham Wesley, former Director of Transworld Radio; Dr. Isaac Roofus, former staff member of World Vision; Rev. Dr. N. Michael Prasad, General Secretary of the Telugu Baptist Mission Alliance; Rev. Sanjay Thul from Maharashtra; and Bro. B. Sunder Raj, CEO of Avisun Properties and a noted philanthropist. Their presence added encouragement and blessing to the occasion.

The Light of Life Church Choir, under the leadership of Dr. Sheela Mark, enriched the services with inspiring worship and special songs throughout the three days. Dr. Sheela Mark, Mrs. Hannah Joe, Mrs. Saritha, Ms. Nayva, Ms. Shirley, Ms. Netalie, Ms. Bianca, and Ms. Claura rendered melodious songs that brought spiritual refreshment and encouragement to the congregation.

The worship services were further enhanced by the church orchestra team. Mr. Sunil Raj (Keyboard), Mr. Deva Raj (Tabla, Rhythm Pads) provided excellent musical accompaniment, creating an atmosphere of heartfelt worship and praise.

The success of the anniversary celebrations was made possible through the dedicated efforts of the church volunteers, including Mr. and Mrs. P. David, Mr. and Mrs. Sampath, Mr. and Mrs. Ramesh Babu, Mr. and Mrs. Mathew, Mr. and Mrs. Anthony, Mr. and Mrs. Dinesh, Mr. and Mrs. Sudhir, Mrs & Mr. Ambati David, Mrs. Anitha, and Mrs. Sheila Samyukta, who worked tirelessly in organizing and managing various aspects of the event.

The members and attendees of Light of Life Church experienced a time of genuine spiritual renewal and revival during these meetings. Hearts were encouraged, faith was strengthened, and many were inspired to deepen their commitment to Christ. All glory and honour belong to God alone.

As Light of Life Church enters its third year of ministry, the congregation looks forward with faith and expectation, praying that God will continue to use the church as a beacon of hope, faith, and transformation for generations to come.

Light of Life Church was founded in 2024 by Rev. Dr. A. John Mark and Dr. Sheela Mark. They began their ministerial journey as missionaries with the Indian Evangelical Mission (IEM), where they served faithfully for 27 years. Subsequently, they ministered at United Church, Sainikpuri, for nearly 13 years. Following this season of service, they stepped out in faith and established Light of Life Church in the Sainikpuri area with only a handful of believers. By God’s abundant grace, the church has continued to grow steadily, impacting lives and glorifying the Lord through its ministry.
